Pathetic MTN

Trying to cancel my MTN contract *** for over 2 months with MTN. Finally get confirmation after numerous calls that the contract has been cancelled and moved to prepaid effective the 12 June 2022 as I requested only to find out that they haven’t done anything. This is absolutely pathetic because each call takes over 30 minutes before it is answered and then you got pushed from pillar to post. This will be taking up higher if not sorted out now
