Pathetic MTN

I cancelled my contract on the 25th of april 2022 so i can port my number to vodacom 30 days after. Its the 6th of June now... I phoned them more than 15 times... I cannot port my number.. Due to account typemismatch (no one at mtn can even tell me what that means) i have had a contract by them since 2007...most pathetic service i have ever seen. Still phoning them daily and nonone has got a ****ing clue on whats going on... I need to port my number since my conract has been cancelled but i cannot port it to vodacom... Thanks mtn, absolutely useless.
