Pathetic MTN

I used MTN Home broadband for a couple of months. The device and signal was not too bad however when there was a problem it really interrupted my work. So I decided to cancel. Four months down the line and they have still not cancelled my subscription. And continue to bill me even after I returned my device. They have ridiculous rules about canceling and such confusion around the cancellation process it is laughable. I do not know how they operate. If you decide to use their services, good luck when you try cancel!
