PATHETIC MTN

I am an unsatisfied customer of MTN and yet I am loyal to MTN!! I upgraded my contract with MTN on 11.10 2019 I was suppose to receive promotional data and night time express as this phone was advertise on promotion..

I DID NOT RECEIVE the data and at the end of the month I was overcharged I signed a contract for R200 and I am being billed for R519... HOW CAN THIS BE!! I contacted the call centre's even visited the branch, queries were logged as my paper work and statements does not correspondence..

Really MTN YOU ARE PATHETIC!! AFTER TWO MONTHS, VARIOUS REFERENCES AND I HAVE NO ASNWERS! ONLY OPEN REFERENCES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN WORKED ON!!

For a well established company your services are getting ridiculous!
