PATHETIC MTN

MTN customer service is non existent and if i get a response per email, it says that i must dial *136#. That is how far the intelligence of customer services staff go. NOBODY at MTN can be of ANY assistance. Useless incompetant people at MTN that can furthermore just threaten that the account is with collections, AND the incorrect amount. STAY AWAY FROM MTN, USELESS AND WITHOUT CUSTOMER CARE. PATHETIC MTN.
