Pathetic MTN

Absolutely pathetic! I cancelled my contract on 20-08-2021 and they keep billing me! Contract was R350 pm, now they want me to pay R6400!! For what?? For cancelling on the exact date they told me I could cancel? And they still do not pick up their phone lines and refuse to assist!
