pathetic low quality service

I am a customer for over 10 years, spending substantial amount with MTN, customer service is pathetic, service consultants are not equipped enough to provide good service, trying to reinstate my debit order for months now, i get the same shi..t answers, i dont get OTP that sent to me, consultants have no idea how to sort anything out, all they good for is to transfer calls that eventually cut, im disgusted with MTN, frustrated!!!! Angry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
