Pathetic Lack of Service

Please be advised I'm a previous Nashua Mobile client who has now ben forced to be serviced or in my case not serviced by MTN directly.

I have been informed that I can only do upgrades and enquiries at the Hemingsways Mall MTN branch, Went to the store on the 26 of January, sat for 1hr 35 min with a consultant while she tried to make calls and help me, eventually was told to sign two sets of forms and she would sort out.

By Friday the 30th I had heard nothing, was now forced to go back to the store, waste more of my time and this time asked for store manager. I was introduced to her, going by the name Faith (no pun intended) she then found my uncompleted forms on the desk, which had not been sent off.

She gave me her direct cell and e mail address, and promised to assist me further. We e mailed her on Tuesday the 3rd of Feb, by Thursday had no response sent second mail, and made two phone calls, no answer. Sent sms and still no luck. Today makes two weeks of me trying to upgrade and migrate two other numbers as well.

My average monthly bill has been between R5 000 - R 6 000.00. I e mailed the help desk and was told to wait 5 days for them
