Pathetic is an understatement
Stop advertising false promotions we took out a 5 gig black friday deal which entailed 10gig day +10 gig night data + 10 gig promotional data, now every month we are recieving 5gig less than the contract we signed up for...your call centre offers the most pathetic service and is full of rude staff with a"i dont give a damn attitude" if this is not resolved we will be logging this with the ombudsman
