Pathetic insurance department

<p>I logged a claim for a lost phone on Monday the 29th of August 2016 at 08:34am and was promised to have feedback within 5 days. Every day when I phone for feedback I get told that I will get feedback the very same day because its more than 5 days, but til now I havent had any feedback as yet and we are going to 8 days already. Absolutely disgusting, and in the meantime I dont have a phone. Now when I try to phone I just get cut off without anyone even answering!!</p>
