Pathetic instore service

After following the advice from 5 different customer service consultants regarding cancellation of my contract within the 7 day period the manager in-store said that was the wrong advice and even after speaking to the consultant telephonically called all the mtn customer service consultants ****s. All I wanted to do was upgrade the device which is in my right as per the MTN policy.

I ended up with an inferior device due to an error made by the employee. MTN Mall @ Carnival has really made me doubt a much trusted provider.
