Pathetic *****s

Absolutely pathetic blooody service from MTN.

I was cold called over a month ago with an offer of a data line and included router. This would come with a free once off 30gigs of data.

Against my better judgement, i agreed to the contract.

It then took almost two weeks for said package to be delivered.

After delivery, it took another week to activate the line. This first activation did not work as they allocated an unavailable number. The second activation took another week until they decided that the contracy was not rica certified (despite me giving in all relevent documentation to the courier as requested).

I then had to go to a shop and do the rica certification myself, after which the contract finally activated and started working.

I did not, however, receive the free data promised.

I left it a week to see if they did anything, which of course they didnt, so i called on tuesday this week to find out about the data. Now the ****** line has been disconnected again!!

Not only that, but when i call to complain and find out whats going on, i got hung up on twice by the consultants!!!!
