Pathetic ***** service

I have being to the MTN store at Midwater center in middelburg, about a case of possible ***** against my wife. The store and agents where very helpful and sent through a mail to the ***** department but it's now a month later and no feedback from the ***** department. I feel this is unfair for me as a client of MTN especially if you want me to upgrade my contract end of the year.
