Pathetic Feedback from MTN and Overcharging
With reference to complaint on Hello Peter: ***, I still have not received my info that I requested. No one has even gotten back with feedback as promised when I called for information. All i was told is that '' Management will call you back\<br> As of now I do not have any information on whether I was receiving data for the last 6 months and I have been charged R 136 rands out of bundle data!! Due to an oversight from MTN. This has been happening for the past few months. <br> Nompumelelo (REQ:***)

Kindly be advised that your credit was done already on 30-10-2015 , I gave you a reference number REQ:*** so that you can call 808 and do a follow up. should you need more clarity kindly contact 808 from your contract phone. kindly note that going forward you will be fully provisioned on corresponded billing date.
