Pathetic excuses from MTN

MTN has a tendency of not being able to explain why our airtime disappears after making one phone call. When calling the call center you are then given different explanations as to why your airtime has all of a sudden disappeared. I’ve never had issues before but yesterday my airtime disappeared and the explanations I am getting are senseless and utter nonsense. This is BULL****!!!!
