PATHETIC EXCUSE OF A NETWORK

After almost a month and the last 3 days i have tried to contact MTN with no response. Today i have been on the phone for 1 and half hours, emailed 5 times and even messaged on facebook messanger. STILL NO RESPONSE! if you are looking at MTN dont rather go to vodacom... loyal to mtn for 20 years, lost my job, trying to open up my phone as mtn blocked my phone due to no payments, now i finally have a job and try make an arrangement and no answer... dont bother with mtn the most unprofessional and useless provider
