Pathetic excuse for Customer Service

So I punched in R30 airtime only to find my balance to be 0.00. So I call MTN customer service on 173 and speak to Nonahlungu who advised me that she can see the airtime was punched in at 13.12 and probably has not updated as yet. she advised me to restart my phone and wait for 5 minutes before checking again. So I followed instructions and still 0.00. So I call again and get through to a disgusting agent called Lusanda. now I don't know if Lusanada is just *********** or lazy but after 17 minutes she decided tge coversation in the background was way more important that assisting me. I yelled hello for a bit to which she rep**** she was looking for a supervisor. She then blatantly drops the call. So third attempt I call yet again and immediately request a supervisor. A man by the name of Lyle comes and I'm not sure if he was really a supervisor or just an agent as his service was just as putrid. after explaining my problem yet again, he too decided it was easier yo drop the call than actually do his job. This is the amazing service MTN offers and still expect loyalty?? Will definitely not revommend MTN and you have lost a valuable customer!!
