Pathetic excuse for a company

I have no idea why Unisa out of all universities chose this useless service provider for us as students. They don't fulfill their promises, this was just a publicity stunt. We were all suppose to get 30G of data for the online exams for Unisa, I even wasted my time and got an mtn sim card as it was one of the requirements. Instead I ended up breaking the law by visiting a friend in order to use her wifi for these useless online exams! I am not happy with this ****py company. I even called them several times using my Telkom number which obviously took up most of my airtime to follow up with my claim. The *****s said that they will follow through and obviously they didn't up until my final exam which is this week. What a pathetic excuse for a company, I would not recommend such incompetence to anyone. They just lie to you without getting back to you, wasting time and money that you can't get back. Useless!
