Pathetic excuse for a business

Worst network with the worst customer service reps ever. They have no understanding of their own product and I’ve spent hours on the phone with them an my issue is still not resolved, trying to speak to a manager is useless and the last agent I spoke to dropped the phone on me . MTN is pathetic
