Pathetic ****en service

I am very disappointed in mtn call centre service me and my mother has been struggling to cancel her contract for two days now as it has reached the two mark period already we have gone into the store twice and to get through to a call centre agent is damn near impossible its very easy to open a contract but to cancel its a nightmare we were told its a business number and have to fill in forms when we went into the store to send the forms we were told its not a business number and that the forms wouldnt work we waited again two hours just to be told they will call us today friday at 8:30 no call how pathetic service i mean really is this how customers is supposed to suffer just to cancel a contract i mean my mother isnt working any more and wants to cancel it but this is the pathetic service we get
