Pathetic

Terrible service without any numbers that work to actually to get assistance I put in R30 airtime with an owed balance of R12 they took everything, on the same day I bought another R5 there was a serious emergency and needed help and only R1,44 displayed I didn't have an owing balance.. pathetic
