Pathetic disrespectful ,awful customer service from Nomveliso @ Cape Town MTN call center. U should give ur job to someone more deserving

I called MTN and spoke to Nomveliso, a pathetic service experience I got from her , no sense of customer service and no listening skills, she could care less if I was reporting her. She advised she cannot give me her surname or even her team leader details, such people need to e taught to respect their Job and customer. I am a paying customer and to be added so many questions for a security check, it is pathetic. Am disappointed and want this matter treated as a matter of urgency
