Pathetic disappointing Service

I have been calling MTN since 06 June and no one is able to help me. Their customer service is pathetic and their service agents have no idea what they are doing. All I wanted to do was migrate my package and I am still unable to do that being pushed from pillar to post, back and forth between departments, even being referred to Mondo an external company and still no joy. Come on MTN. I will never renew my contract once is it is up. MTN IS THE WORST NETWORK. It doesnt even work half the time.
