PATHETIC

Super Disappointed with MTN. I've been trying to get hold of them for over a month now. & everytime I call my local mtn store, they tell me to phone customer care.

I've been on the phone with customer care several times where they just put the phone down while I am busy speaking?!

I've had Customer care, saying they will phone me back. Well I am still waiting.

I waited for more than a hour more than once to even speak to an customer care consultant.

I've been emailing them. And No one helps me.

Just to say. MTN ain't no campion customer Care service. It's pathetic.

And don't tell me you are to BUSY and can not help me.

And through al of this I haven't been rude. If been nice because I know they get to deal with thousands of people each day.

But I don't know what to do anymore. So MTN I hope you see this.

Just to tell you how disappointed I am. And I am definitely not staying at MTN anymore.
