Pathetic customer service with upgrade

I am trying to upgrade my contract from the 4th April. Was dealing with Xolani Mthabels. For ever system issues. I have escalated my request to Granny Mngomezulu via email. I mentioned in my mail that I will get another service provider. Absolutely nothing was done. Not even a phone call. I requested the application to be cancelled yesterday. NO response whatsoever. Pathetic is an understatement of this terrible customer service.
