Pathetic Customer service - MTN ZA ()

What a shame MTN. Why do you have to make it so hard to get an unrestricted apn, are you honestly trying to loose the support of the gaming community. How am I suppose to use my data for online gaming if I have nat type 3. The staff are to *********** to understand what I need to activate and those that do understand don't get anything done. Over a week I've been trying to get an unrestricted APN/VPN and I was told it will only take 24 hours to sort out. Please please can we sort this out.I have 2 Reference numbers REQ*** & *** . Please note i've tweeted this 2 times already with no success. I've phoned countless amount of times. I've also sent a request via your contact form on the website.
