Pathetic customer service MTN

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Upgraded my contract on 30 July 2021 and since then struggling to get my data connection restored. Every time I phone the contact centre, I get a different excuse and empty promises. Almost 48 hours later and yet nothing has been resolved and no feedback as promised. It is like de ja vu, experienced the exact same issue with my previous upgrade.
