Pathetic Customer Service & Empty Promises
On 21/08/15 i went to MTN, City View (Game City) in Durban to upgrade my cellular contract.
The salesman who served me (Faieeza Dhaver, A.K.A Mo), gave me my new phone and advised me that the new sim card would be activated within 24 hours and my old sim would stop working.

36 hours passed and the new sim was still not active and my old sim was still working, so i went back to the branch and was advised by a female consultant that the sim card would be active in 3-6 hours.

It is now 31/08/15 and my sim card is still NOT ACTIVATED!!!!
Whenever I try calling the salesman who signed me up for the contract, his phone rings continuously with no answer.

Is this the kind of service and work ethic that MTN prides themselves on?
If so, I will gladly cancel my cellular contract and sign up with a more efficient and professional service provider.
I do not have the time or energy to keep chasing after you guys to do \YOUR JOB!"Why should I constantly use my fuel and vehicle to try and sort out a mess that you guys have created and cannot seem to sort out? Did you have a look at the cost of fuel"
