Pathetic customer service

Their service is not even worth 1 star since November last year they added anytime minutes to my contract that i did not give permission for and since then i get billed for minutes thats not even allocated to my nr. Every month i pay an amount of R468.99 for R220 airtime. Its a joke after mails, calls fb posts and their inbox its still not sorted. In total they owe me over R2090 credit.
