PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

PATHETIC customer service!! I will never ever in my life take out another contract with them!! My debit order did not go off due to an error on their side. Except for the fact that it negatively reflects on my credit, we can't make outgoing calls or use data, we can't use the app so how the hell am I suppose to pay!!!!! I have emailed numerous times now, I have sent a message on Facebook Messenger, I have sent a WhatsApp, WHAT ELSE MUST I DO!! This is now 2 weeks!!
