Pathetic customer service

I'm utterly disappointed in MTN for teaming up with summer mobile. Summer mobile is an *********** company that does not care about customer service. This company contacted me for an upgrade on behalf of mtn, they have failed to cancel an order for a device and I am now being debited for, a device that I don't have. MTN claim that they aren't able to help in this regard yet summer mobile would not have been welcome had they not presented themselves as a partner with MTN. Stay away from companies that Allow ********** such as summer mobile to have access to you!
