Pathetic Customer Service

Most useless and lazy call centre to exist, they answer your call and put you on hold or hang up. They do not reply to emails as well.

I have an over 4 year old contract that I keep getting emailed to upgrade but nobody is willing to assist me cancel it. The SIM I want to cancel was in a promo deal which was not being billed for and recently MTN has started billing me without consent, I also do not receive any invoices or statements for it.
