Pathetic Customer Service and Messed UP debit Orders

MTN South Africa How does a R1000 contract turn into a R23000 debit on my account? Then when I call know one can help me with the fact that you just stole my money. I called customer support and get told it had to be investigated first and it could take anywhere from 3 - 5 days. That's unacceptable considering you stuffed the debit order up and stole my money from my account. The query I logged then gets closed 15 minutes after I get off the phone with your customer care consultant, there is no customer care at the end of the day. It's oh well we *****ed you service. If nobody can help you it is not customer, it's a best effort service, and it's the worst kind of service. All I want is MY money back. How can a contract suddenly increase by R22000? Completely and utterly pathetic.
