Pathetic customer service and a don't care attitude

This is the worst telecommunications company/sp . I signed up for a month to month contract with a router. In the interim I cancelled the deal. R611 was taken of my account. I have been emailing, calling and sending texts on messenger but NOBODY seems to know what they are doing. I have sent my P.O.P to numerous departments and keep getting asked to resend. This is has been the most terrible customer service I have NEVER received. I want my R611. It is a month already. I am not interested in your shoddy service as this has cost me more money. Valling from a vodacom number costs a fortune. And who still does business, by providing cell numbers for client services that are never answered. All you hear is you have reached the voice mail lite service? Oh ffs. I had enough! I am not obligated to do anything further but hand you to my lawyers if my money is not received this week. Please do not trust these guys, they are ***********, and a bunch of *******. Nobody cares, nobody knows what the left hand is doing nor the right. Categorically the WORST TELECOMMUNICATIONS company out there. Return my money or else face legal action.
