Pathetic Customer Service

1 Star rating is too good for them! I have had NO assistance from MTN wrt a ********** upgrade their external sales team at MONDO did. Although I am YOUR client MTN - you have shown absolutely NO INTERSET to assist me; sort out the mess YOU made - or even try and retain me as a customer. But then - when I look at all the reviews - and NO REPLY FORM BUSINESS - I see that I am unfortunately not the only one. Not even worth writing down the whole experience - as MTN is clearly not worried about these horrible reviews from all their customers!? PATHETIC!
