Pathetic customer service

I’m so disgusted with the poor and lack customer service of mtn.

I bought airtime on the mtn app and the money got deducted from my account. Few minutes later I got a email to say it’s unsuccessful and they will refund my money after a few days and it’s more than few days later and I’m still waiting and after speaking to numerous agents and not one person can even do the damn refund
