Pathetic Customer Service

Worst service ever its been 3 months now and my query has not been finalized, MTN keeps on double debiting my bank account. I had to stop it from my bank now they are quite and their complaints department does not even respond to emails.

A close relative once warned me about MTN's bad billing/accounts service and now experienced it myself.
