Pathetic customer service
I verified that my international roaming is activated at 2 MTN stores prior to going to Europe. Upon arriving in Europe nothing was working, cannot receive sms from card transactions or make calls. Logged complaint using hotel wifi, received automated response immediately , but nothing else. Sent mail to customer care, no response, logged query on website via contract management feature, no resonse
