Pathetic Customer Service

ABSOLUTELY pathetic service. Seems like MTN is a disjointed organization with no regard for customers or customer service. Since Jan 2024 I have been trying to cancel my data contract. Handed back their router got a reference number as acknowledgement of the return, yet here I am in May still having my account debited with MTN having failed to register the cancellation. It is frustrating and a total lack of customer focus by MTN. No kne seems to understand the process on how to cancel a contract?It's pathetic service to say the least.
