Pathetic customer Service!!!!!!!!

Bad service all round! They advertised a black Friday day of a router that comes with promotional data. They delivered the router and sim card...and its been 7 days of going back and forth via rude call centre agents who drop calls to avoid solving the problem and their pathetic emails....the shocking part is noone knows about the deal!? ....i regret ever taking up this deal. To even get a refund will be just as problematic.
