Pathetic customer service

I have contacted Mtn countless times to cancel a contract. The early cancellation fee/penalty was paid in May, all documentation was emailed to Mtn in May 2024 and numerous times since then. The only response if I'm ever lucky enough to receive a response is when someone forwards my email to another department. I've contacted legal, customer care, business customer care, collections department, and various other contacts, MTN IS PATHETIC AND USELESS!!! I'm still receiving statements and the account is just growing higher and higher each month. What a frustrating process, who knows it it will ever be sorted out! I will never recommend MTN to anyone. Shocking, shocking, shocking service. I wish there was an option to give a negative star rating.
