Pathetic customer service

Customer service is pathetic! For months I have been battling, call center staff are ***********, I requested a cancelation which wasn't done, I was given information by a consultant that apparently cannot be done, promised various phone calls from supervisors, who apparently are always in meetings and on lunch when requested to speak to. I was told that my account was handed over to legal and there's nothing they can do but they still billing me month after month, it's sickening how MTN can be robbing people this way and out right refuse to assist their customers and take responsibility for the actions of their staff.
