PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I am utterly disappointed with the customer service I have received with MTN as a new customer. I recently chose MTN as my service provider and took a month to month wifi deal with them. The LTE router could not be delivered to me because apparently my passport and driver license was not a solid proof of identification. I have already been debited for this service and nobody contacted me. After I emailed customer service, i receive an email after days, stating that the order has been cancelled and I should contact customer service. So if i never reached out, I would not have known its cancelled. This absolutely unprofessional and non lateral way of doing business. They are very quick to make you pay but they dont want to refund! I will make sure i plaster social media with posts about these bull**** deals they have going on for wifi.
