Pathetic customer service
<p>After waiting for my handset to be returned from repairs for almost 2 months, it gets delivered to the wrong store for collection. Now I'm supposed to wait till next week because of their mistake. It's just going from bad to worse. The service I'm getting is pathetic!!!!</p>

This is just another way to keep me quiet. This is probably the last time I'm hearing from you. You have no details of my complaint but you will advise me about the outcome. I have lost all faith in MTN. I have never ever been this disappointed. I just want my phone.....
