Pathetic customer service
<p>After waiting for my handset to be returned from repairs for almost 2 months, it gets delivered to the wrong store for collection. Now I'm supposed to wait till next week because of their mistake. It's just going from bad to worse. The service I'm getting is pathetic!!!! </p>
