Pathetic Customer Service

I've been trying to cancel a contract with MTN today and all 7 agents dropped the call while putting me on hold. I've spoken to the 7th person and requested to speak to her superior but even that call was dropped.

Pathetic service from MTN but they are very eager to help you with a contract but cannot offer the same service when wanting to cancel a contract
