Pathetic customer service.

Worst service ever! Month 2 and we are still not getting data on our Wi-Fi router in the house and the unprofessional customer service team keep on shifting the goal post for resolving the problem. Mtn hire people who know nothing about their products or they are just fools. What annoys me is this does not stop mtn from deducting money for a service that we are not receiving. We visited more than 3 mtn shops, called in several times , emailed customer services and coverage team and still not getting any answer. 1 person says it's a coverage issue, we need an aerial, the other said line is barred and worse the shop were we took our contract in Forest hill mall is closed but they still have the guts of referring us to the shop. This company is sickening. Our we financing nigeria's fine?
