Pathetic customer service

Absolutely pathetic customer services. Did a cancelation of an upgrade almost a month ago, but they still haven't sorted it out. I called day after day to make sure it was sorted all I got was I'll send an email and let the warehouse know. I refuse to pay for something I don't have. I hope their services change before they start losing customers.
