Pathetic customer service

Extremely poor service. The call centre agents sounds like they are sleeping and they mighr as well be sleeping because they are pathetic. A ********* took out cellphone contracts using my name and a **** ID. When I called 135, no help and two different agents kept transferring me and I would hold for at least 30 minutes with no answer.
