Pathetic customer service

I am a client of MTN. Being a client I had a simple request for itemized billing and was told that I would receive same within 2- 48hrs. It's been over two weeks since I logged my request and have been sent from pillar to post and the issue has still not been resolved. I have contacted MTN on numerous occassions and each consultant has a different response. I have received false sms confirmations that my issue has been resolved but I am no where closer to when my initial request was made. So much for customer service. It is really disappointing that an organisation of this magnitude would treat valuable clients this way. It thus explains why Nigeria has taken them to task. They are pathetic. They promise the world but deliver on nothing.

In my initial request, I was informed by the consultant that my request would be actioned within 2 - 48hrs. As stated I made continual follow ups and was given different responses If I as the client had been appraised from the onset I would not have had raised expectations but due to the incompetence of your staff I received conflicting responses. This is totally unacceptable considering that only two months of billing was requested.

It's been well over the 2-24hr period and yet once again, you fail to deliver on a promise. This once again shows that you over promise clients yet cannot fulfill a basic service request.

I guess even the communication department of MTN know how to spin things in an attempt to quieten a client. The responses of your issue has been resolved and it will take 2-24hrs to resolve is nonsense. I have been experiencing this problem going on 2 weeks now and yet a sime request cannot be attended to. However, if I choose to be released from this contract, you see it fit to charge me penalties that equate almost the entire contract period. How then can you call this a service. Maybe the CEO himself Godfrey Motsa would like to address this issue.
